High Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait
�� 28 g Protein, 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
(for 1 serving)
200g
— full-fat Greek yogurt
30g
— homemade or low-sugar granola
80g
— mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries)
1 tsp
— raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp
— chia seeds
1/4 tsp
— vanilla extract

— almonds, roughly chopped
Directions:
Stir vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until combined.
Add half the yogurt to the bottom of a glass or jar.
Sprinkle half the granola over the yogurt layer.
Add most of the berries as the next layer.
Top with the remaining yogurt, then granola, then the rest of the berries.
Finish with a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and the chopped almonds. Serve immediately.
